ULTRA-PRECISE

BENDING & FORMING

At B & B Manufacturing, We Have More Than 40 Years of Experience As A Sheet Metal Fabricator, And Two Of Our Metalworking Specialties Include Bending And Forming.

We’re A Full Service Shop From Start To Finish

B&B has the highest quality most precise press brakes in the world! We utilize two Amada HDS 1303 machines and bending software that is controlled directly from the solid modeling software. Our unique process is what sets B&B apart from the rest. We coin the radius while air bending. By coining the radius we are ably to dictate our finally dimensions. Allowing us to produce higher quality parts. The normal industry standard uses charts and equations to achieve a radius. Our thought is if you are trying to achieve a radius, you are trying to achieve your final dimensions also! Our coining process is a constant part to part and has been proven every day in our shop for over 40 years.

Our facility houses hydraulic press brakes in the 20-ton to 350-ton range as well as plate a roller and rotary draw tube
bender. All of this equipment is engineered to provide an exceptional degree of accuracy, and we pair it with True Radius Tooling to consistently attain very close tolerances on the finished parts. As a technology-based shop, we use sophisticated software tools to program our CNC bending and forming machines directly from Solidworks models, which provides a seamless transition from design to manufactured part.

The primary metals we work with include aluminum, stainless, & many other types and grades of steel. We also work with bronze, copper, titanium, zinc, and other metals, any of which can be pre-coated, plated, polished, or powder coated. If your job requires custom tooling, we have the ability to build it in-house to save time and money. We handle sheet metal measuring up to ”in thickness and support maximum bend length of 168”.
Our capabilities include sheet metal bending and forming, which are processes that involve applying forces to sheet metal to cause it to change its shape. With our technical know-how and equipment capabilities, we can bend and form sheet metal into a wide variety of complex shapes. Hydraulic clamping and quick setup tooling combined with high-speed presses enable us to process orders quickly and accurately.
As an experienced fabrication shop, we also offer additional services, such as freehand welding, punching, and tapping, as well as assembly services. With our flexible production model, we can manage orders of any size, from prototype to high volume. We have experience in many different industries and are capable of complying with challenging specifications and standards requirements.
