Welding

As part of our comprehensive range of services, B & B Manufacturing offers precision free-hand welding.

We have a team of welding professionals with more than 20 years of experience in MIG and TIG welding techniques. They specialize in creating clean, reliable, and defect-free welds in aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel as well as other metals, including copper and titanium. Our welders are also extremely proficient when performing aluminum spot welding and stud welding. Whatever type of welding is required to complete your project, we have the capacity to get it done quickly and correctly.

Backed up by years of experience, our welders know how to read prints and drawings, interpret measurements, and layout the entire welding process. They determine the most appropriate welding method and equipment based on the specific requirements of each job. While the job is in process, and again when it is complete, they test and inspect welded surfaces to ensure there are no flaws or defects. With their attention to detail, our welding team consistently provides superior quality welds that comply with industry standards and your high expectations for quality.

Housed in a clean environment, our lineup of welding equipment includes high-performance welding systems and wire feeds as well as weld positioners and a tungsten grinder. We also have dedicated aluminum spot welding equipment and stud guns. By combining our equipment resources with our skilled welding staff, we can accommodate almost any type of free-hand welding project, whether it is job shop services, contract welding, or production-level welding.

We perform welding in the fabrication of parts and assemblies for many different industries, from aerospace and electronics to machine manufacturers, oil and gas processors, and many others that expect the highest degree of quality from their manufacturing partners. We can also turn jobs around very quickly, generally in two to three weeks. To learn more about our welding capabilities, contact us today.
