B&B Manufacturing utilizes a Edge rounding deburr machine to finish all the part we manufacture. The machine is capable of deburring all types of sheet metal up to 2 inches thick and 43” wide. The machine edge rounds all holes and cut outs interior and exterior. The final product is a safe dull edge ready to be put in service. B&B also has a 51″ Grainer that can be used for deburr , #4 finishing and mechanical etching sheet metal surfaces to prepare for paint or powder coating.
